Rise of the 4 is a series of books set in a post apcoloytic world where the 4 horsemen are in control and maintain that control through any means at their disposal. Each book covers a specific horseman and the struggle of the people under their tyranny to survive and rise up against their oppressors.
The first book is about Diamen the horseman of WAR, Chancellor of the UAA. How he has risen to power is still a mystery wrapped in the choas of the days shortly after the apcolyopse. It has been many years since those days and now he has a firm grip on his nation. Yet he fears the day when the refugees which he either banished or left on their own accord will come back and try to end his reign.
He has the ability to capture the imagination, set emotional tones, and describe vivid environments with just the written word; and his new literary creation doesn't let me down! It is a riveting, fantastic work that will have you guessing what will happen next! Each character has elements that make them human and easy to identify with, no matter how heinous their acts. The only down side is that the book has an ending."
